A Personal Approach to Conveyancing
Hi, I'm Lauren Frain, an independent conveyancer based in Morley, Leeds and the founder of LJF Property Consultancy LTD t/a Lauren Frain Conveyancing.
I created Lauren Frain Conveyancing to offer something many clients feel is missing in the property world, a truly personal, professional and responsive service. By keeping my caseload intentionally low, I'm able to give every client the time, care and attention they deserve.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional commitments you'll make. My role is to guide you through the process clearly and efficiently, keeping you informed at every stage and making what can feel overwhelming much more manageable.
When you work with me, you won't be passed from department to department. You'll deal directly with me and my assistant Sienna from start to finish.
